Handled-to-hanger: 2–7 business days. Each piece is pressed fresh the moment you click “buy,” then cured, packed, and queued for dispatch—average turnaround is 3-4 days when life behaves.

You’ve got two hours from checkout to email corrections (size, color, address). After that, the presses are already humming and changes become a solid maybe.

“Delivered” but nowhere in sight?
- Wait 24 h—most strays turn up.
- Check with neighbors, behind planters, under overly curious dogs.
- Still empty-handed? Email hey@mediocreandco.com within 30 days. Once confirmed missing, we’ll rush a replacement at no charge.
4 | Returns & Reprints
Misprint, damage, or wrong item? Snap a photo within 30 days; we’ll remake or refund—no need to ship the faulty tee back.
Change-of-mind / wrong size? Because every piece is bespoke, we can’t do free swaps—but we’ll knock 25 % off a fresh print, provided the original is unworn.
5 | Care & Keeping
Cold wash, inside-out, mild detergent, low tumble. Treat it like the good couch—daily use encouraged, open flames discouraged. Follow that routine and the print will age into heroic patina, not a crackly mess.
6 | Sustainability, Up Front
Made-to-order means we produce exactly what’s needed—nothing more, nothing landfill-bound. Our blanks come from WRAP-certified facilities, inks are water-based, and carriers are auto-picked to minimize detours. Mediocre in name, not in impact.
